Scott Kelly

Clinical Psychologist/Musician

Scott is a clinical psychologist, somatic psychotherapist, and musician who is passionate about fostering deep self-understanding, self-compassion, and self-leadership, encouraging freedom and flourishing in all areas of life.

Approach

Scott’s approach is warm and grounded in deep listening, curiosity, and kindness.

Working with Scott, you will be invited to slow down and become curious about your life experiences and how they show up in the present moment through both mind and body.

Scott also makes use of music journeys where clients listen to music in a deeply relaxed state. This facilitates the experience of imagery, memories, and feelings with the aim of promoting a richer understanding of life in the present, healing and resolution of past events, and a deeper awareness of future possibilities.
He uses both mindful/embodied and music therapy techniques to help clients wishing to integrate psychedelic experiences or those wishing to foster creativity and spiritual growth in their lives.
